Welcome to Hobby-On:
   At the start, we opened in 1984 as M.R.S. Hobby Shop (Model Railroad Station Hobby Shop Inc).  We carry a variety of hobby products from plastic models to radio control, even puzzles, and many other categories.  Over the years, the products  have changed, to keep up with technology, M.R.S.Hobby Shop has launched Hobby-On  in an effort to stay abreast of changing times and offer our services across the nation and worldwide.

Hours:
   Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM Mountain, excluding holidays.  We are not open on weekends. If you send us questions after 6:00PM Mountain, your question will more than likely be answered the following business day. Please send your questions in and we will reply ASAP.

Integrity:
   We operate our business with integrity and request your feedback.  We want your experience to be 100%, but if there are concerns about our support or services please do not hesitate to contact one of us and we will correct it for you, to the best of our ability.

Our Process & Problem Resolution:
  Our general manager, resident hobby experts, and shipping department review all items, to catch any inaccuracies before packing.  While we try to be as accurate as possible, we are human and occasionally make mistakes, overlook things, or use a duplicate picture when we shouldn't have.  We are committed to getting it 100% right all the time, to ensure your satisfaction.  If you receive an item that is not in the described condition, or if you are not happy, you can always send back your purchase for a full refund or repair, or we will make an agreeable adjustment.     If it is our fault, we will pay the shipping charges both ways. We do strive to make your experience with us as positive as possible and do everything we can to make things right, you are always welcome to return an item for a full refund. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving it if you have a problem, you can contact us. We typically receive several hundred emails daily and we are usually a few hours behind.  We have the largest backlog on Mondays and we appreciate your patience in waiting for our reply.
