Defective Merchandise
 

  If you receive defective merchandise, please call us for return instructions. In most cases, we will accept returns and make adjustments; however, some manufacturers prefer handling defects directly. Defects found after the product is in use usually fall under manufacturer's warranty. A Hobby-On Team Member will be happy to help you determine which procedure is appropriate for you.

How Does Ship-to-Store Work? TOP

Ship-to-Store is a service that offers free shipping for your online order to M.R.S. Hobby Shop location. Big or small, all items available on Hobby-On.com qualify for Ship-to-Store. Get free shipping with Ship-to-Store by following these easy steps:

Add the products you want shipped to your cart.

Select "In-store Pickup at M.R.S. Hobby - Sandy" from the drop down menu and click "Proceed to Checkout".

Enter your billing and shipping information as you normally would.

Click "Place Order" and you're all done.

We will send you an email/Call when your order is ready for pickup.

Please Note: Ship-to-Store orders typically take between 3-11 business days (Monday - Friday) after your order is placed, depending on Items Ordered. 

My shipment is Damaged?
 

     If a package has been damaged in shipping and it is apparent when the package arrives at your door, please REFUSE the delivery. If you have already accepted a package, and then discover that it has been damaged, call us immediately. We'll take it from there. Be sure to save all paperwork and packing material with the damaged goods. The carrier may wish to inspect it before processing the claim. Please do not return damaged-in-shipment merchandise yourself. It could jeopardize your claim and keep you from receiving credit for the return.

What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered (International orders use our partner iGlobal) Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order with in 5-7 days in most cases after we receive payment from you.
